Dear Devotee\/Friend,<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

As a part of our service activities we, Ramakrishna Math, Ulsoor, Bangalore, are conducting Rural Educational Service Activities<\/span><\/b> for the past 10 years.\u00a0 By the Grace of the Lord, in this academic year also (2013-14),<\/span><\/b> our Ashrama has distributed Notebooks, Dictionary, Stationeries and other study materials to rural school children who are studying in the Government Primary & High Schools.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Distribution started on 17th<\/sup> June 2013 and ended on 12th<\/sup> July 2013. About 30 Volunteers assisted us on various dates. Children were taught prayers, general hygiene and were introduced to teachings of Swami Vivekananda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

More than 16,392 students, studying in 203 Selected Govt. Schools, situated at (remote\/backward) 177 villages<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/strong> from 6 Taluks (Pawgada, Malur, Madhugiri, Gauribidanoor, Hosakote, Kanakapura) in Karnataka State, India are benefited by this project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
